Professionals are seldom trained to Manage disaster situations, thus there is a growing need to train them on Disaster Management, post disaster actions and thereby Business Continuity.

This course has been designed to prepare the professionals on the nuances of disaster management, risk reduction and continuity of the business.

Description

The course deliberates upon the areas such as natural and man-made disasters affecting corporate and industries. It covers the essentials aspects of Disaster Management and Risk Mitigation, Disaster Management organizations, Management of Business continuity in case of Disaster specially in sensitive places i.e., Hospitals, Hotels, Malls, Banks and others, High Rise Buildings. In addition, it covers essentials of analysis and mitigation techniques in use of disaster including cyber attacks. The course will also entail a well-designed syllabus on Business Continuity Plan by giving impetus to enhanced management skills, develop alternate plans for business continuity.
