Thanks Mr. Nath. For your reference (although I am sure you are well aware of this) maybe we ought to:
have a rota system whereby IISSM members are required to submit a regular monthly article. Even if only 20-30 Members work on a 'shift basis' submitting a short article a month on a rotating basis this can lead to a regular flow. If we each find suitable newspaper, radio, tv web etc articles relating to safety, security, loss, disaster mgt etc and report this via the Newsletter this will will be a great move. Needless to say, count me in and I could do one for the next edition on 'Business Continuity - how prepared are you ?'
Maybe we can set up a 'Business Page' which lists:
Job opportunities etc. I can certainly submit around 10 or so job vacancies in safety/security/environmental/disaster mgt (globally) each month that we come across in the press.
I can also submit around 3 Tender details each month where organisations (globally) are seeking bids relating to supply of security guards, security alarm/cctv, security asessments etc etc. There are many more but we can pick out the main ones.
If Praveen can prompt me (assuming you would like me to do 1 and 2) I will do so regularly each month by a set date (please specify).
I have gone through your newsletter about 3-4 times and would like to contribute, that job satisfaction in security career, you have to count your virtues, of amount saved for your clients, total loss that you have prevented from time to time and you have to pat your own back your self since, a security man is never never a mostly appreciated. Since he checks and corrects others as such you have job satisfaction for your self when you look into the mirror and scan the list of your achievements and all this will make you proud of your self.
Security career is a noble career and it should be held in the highest esteem by the security professionals. I dare say that Mr. Nath Sir, you are doing an excellent job in educating all of us through your emails.
Thanking you.

Dr. Nath:
Pretty tough
Why not ask everyone to submit one or more a year and enumerate those who have each month
Since this is voluntary, some will drop off if you are too severe
In the meantime, you are in the same boat we are seeking copy and always feeling there should be more better or that something could have been expanded on.
We see "better" response when asking for volunteers and then boosting those who do make copy available.
My stance is ...more bees are caught with sugar water then vinegar
