IISSM signs MOU with IIRSM (International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, UK - a world recognized body of Risk Management Training and Certification). In near future, IISSM will be conducting courses in collaboration with IIRSM on - Disaster Response Management (DRM) at various centres across India, and in due course, in other countries as well...

SIS (India) has achieved a landmark MOU with PROSEGURE (Spain) SIS has today signed binding agreements to form a JOINT VENTURE with PROSEGUR, Spain for CASH MANAGEMENT BUSINESS in India. As per the agreements, SIS Group will demerge its Cash Services Division into a new company branded "SIS PROSEGUR". Prosegur shall invest equity capital into the new company (SIS - PROSEGUR) to acquire shares. On closing, SIS Group will hold 51% and PROSEGUR will hold 49% in the Joint Venture Company (SIS - PROSEGUR).

Need Based Courses Design.

In a meeting held on 03 May ’11, the Professional Certification Program Committee (PCPC) to design Assignment Manager’s Course and Profit Centre Head Course, to equip young Security and Safety Management professionals, to be effective managers at respective levels. It is hoped that in due course, qualifying in these courses would become mandatory for promotion in Security Companies.
